Kellwick is an independent advisory practice. We help organisations prepare for ISO/IEC 27001, maintain their information security management system (ISMS), and improve audit readiness.

We are not a certification body and do not issue ISO certifications. Certification decisions are made solely by accredited certification bodies following their own audit. We do not guarantee any certification outcome, audit result, or specific commercial result.

2. No professional or legal advice

Content on this website, including articles, checklists and tools such as the readiness self-assessment, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, audit or other professional advice, is not tailored to your circumstances, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or probe the website or its infrastructure;
• submit false information, other people’s personal data without authority, or malicious content through our forms;
• scrape, copy or reuse content at scale without our permission, except as expressly permitted for AI and search indexing.

Our total aggregate liability arising from the website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to access the website (if any) or USD 100. 9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
