ISO 9001 · Quality management
Kellwick helps service organisations and manufacturers implement ISO 9001, audit it independently and keep it working. We map the processes that deliver to your customers, set objectives management actually uses, and prepare you for certification - now against ISO 9001:2026.
ISO 9001 services
Pick the part you need. Each can be bought on its own.
Your current processes and records assessed against ISO 9001, with a prioritised gap register and a plan.
Scope, process model, quality policy and objectives, documented information and records - sized to how you actually work.
The processes that deliver to customers, their inputs, outputs, owners, interactions and measures, mapped with the people who run them.
Objectives that mean something to management, with measures, targets and a review rhythm.
Independent, process-based ISO 9001 internal audits, one-off or as a programme across sites.
Second-party audits of the suppliers and outsourced processes your quality depends on.
Nonconformity handling, root cause analysis and checks that actions were effective.
An agenda that covers the required inputs and produces decisions, actions and resources - not a slide deck.
A monthly retainer that keeps document control, objectives, corrective actions and supplier performance current.
Who it is for
ISO 9001 is not only for factories. Most of the organisations that hold it deliver services.
The QMS exists as documents written for the certificate, not as the way work is done.
KPIs are reported but nobody changes anything when they are missed.
The same nonconformity returns because the root cause was never addressed.
Critical suppliers are approved once and never evaluated again.
How it works
Which products, services, sites and processes are in scope, and the customer and regulatory requirements that apply.
Current practice assessed against ISO 9001, with evidence sampled and owners interviewed.
Core and support processes mapped with owners, interactions, risks and opportunities, and measures.
Quality policy, objectives, documented information, nonconformity and corrective action, supplier evaluation, competence.
The QMS runs, an independent internal audit tests it, and management review takes the decisions.
Stage 1 preparation and support closing any findings from your certification body.
ISO 9001:2015 to 2026
ISO 9001:2026 is a revised edition that replaces ISO 9001:2015 and its 2024 amendment. Certified organisations must transition within the accreditation transition period.
We start every transition with a gap check against the published 2026 text and your current QMS - not against a summary - and plan the work so it is assessed at a scheduled surveillance or recertification audit wherever possible.
Last verified 16 October 2026 against Global ACI - ISO 9001:2026 transition and ISO - ISO 9001.

Boundaries
When we build or maintain your QMS and also audit it, the internal audit is assigned to an auditor who took no part in that work.

Questions
Yes. ISO 9001:2026 was published on 16 September 2026 and replaces ISO 9001:2015, including its 2024 amendment. Certificates to the 2015 edition stay valid during the transition period, which ends on 30 September 2029.
For a limited time. Under the accreditation transition arrangements, new certifications are issued only to ISO 9001:2026 from 31 March 2028. If you are starting now, building against the 2026 edition avoids a second transition shortly after certification. Ask your certification body when it will be ready to audit the new edition.
No. It applies to any organisation that delivers products or services. Many of our ISO 9001 clients are IT, outsourcing and professional services firms.
It requires internal audits at planned intervals, as part of an audit programme that takes account of the importance of processes and the results of previous audits. Many organisations choose an annual cycle; the standard does not prescribe one complete audit per year.
Yes. Both follow the Harmonized Structure, so document control, internal audit, management review and improvement can run once. Each standard's own requirements stay separate.
