Pricing
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price before it starts - you get the number and the deliverables in writing, not an hourly meter. What we do not do is publish one range and pretend it holds across every market: cost of delivery, scope and travel genuinely differ, and a figure that is right in one country is wrong in another. So the entry review is priced publicly, and everything else is scoped on a short call.
Start from what you need
Each one has its own prices, next to the explanation of the work - so you read the two or three that apply to you, not all sixteen.
Prices are indicative and exclude applicable taxes, certification-body fees, travel and third-party services. Final scope and fixed price are confirmed before the engagement starts.

How pricing works
Every engagement is scoped before it starts. You get a fixed price and a fixed set of deliverables in writing - not an hourly meter. The ranges above exist because a 30-person SaaS and a 250-person multi-entity group are genuinely different amounts of work.
The honest way to narrow your number is the Mini Gap Review or the free readiness self-assessment. Both tell you roughly where you stand before you commit to a larger piece of work.
Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience - GBP in the UK, EUR across Europe, USD elsewhere - and the exact fee is agreed on the call and invoiced.
Kellwick is an independent advisory practice, not a certification body. We prepare you for certification and supervision; we do not perform them and cannot guarantee an outcome. Figures are indicative and not a binding quote.
Tell us where you are and the audit or deadline you are working toward. We will point you at the right starting point - and give you a fixed price for it.
