Kellwick is looking for a Senior Privacy & AI Governance Consultant to support client engagements across GDPR, privacy governance, ISO/IEC 42001 and AI governance.
The role combines privacy governance with emerging AI management requirements.
We are looking for someone who can translate legal, regulatory and management-system requirements into practical governance, controls, documentation and evidence.
What You Will Do
Perform GDPR and privacy governance assessments
Conduct privacy gap assessments
Develop and review Records of Processing Activities
Support data mapping and processing inventories
Perform and review Data Protection Impact Assessments
Assess controller and processor relationships
Review privacy governance and accountability structures
Assess third-party privacy risks
Support privacy-by-design processes
Review personal data breach governance and response processes
Develop practical privacy policies, standards and procedures
Support ISO/IEC 42001 readiness and implementation
Perform AI governance maturity and gap assessments
Support AI risk assessment and treatment
Establish AI governance roles and responsibilities
Support AI system inventory and classification
Map AI governance controls to organisational processes
Develop evidence and documentation for AI management systems
Support organisations preparing for AI governance assurance
Work with security, legal, privacy, product, engineering and executive stakeholders
Required Experience
5+ years of professional experience in privacy, data protection, GRC, information security governance or regulatory consulting
Experience with privacy governance and accountability
Strong written documentation skills
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls
Client-facing consulting experience
Professional English at C1 level or higher
For consultants delivering ISO 42001 engagements:
Practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001
Understanding of AI management systems
Experience with AI risk and governance
Understanding of AI lifecycle governance
Working knowledge of the EU AI regulatory environment

This is a project-based independent contractor position.
Consultants may be engaged for GDPR governance assessments, privacy remediation, ISO 42001 readiness, AI governance implementation or ongoing privacy and AI governance support.
Candidates with deep expertise in only Privacy or only AI Governance may also be considered for specialist engagements.
